Debbie Williams leads Refuge Christian Preschool with warmth, dedication, and a deep love for children. She is cherished by both students and staff for creating a nurturing, faith-filled environment where kids can grow and thrive. Her caring leadership and joyful presence make her a vital part of the Refuge community.

Lisa provides pastoral oversight for the preschool, where she also teaches P.E. and leads chapel sessions for the students. In addition to her role at the school, she serves as the director of our summer camp program at Refuge Church.

Pastor Dave stepped into the leadership of Refuge Church in 2015. A Manteca native, he carries a deep love for this community and a strong passion for investing in the next generation. In addition to leading Refuge Church, Pastor Dave also serves as the Superintendent of Refuge Preschools.
